Integrative English qualified solicitor, with 14 years’ experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Cross Border Litigations, and complex disputes mainly in the realm of corporate management and construction disputes in the real estate, oil and gas, dry shipping and infrastructure sectors.

Shade has acted ad counsel and arbitration in over 124 arbitrations (from inception to enforcement) under the institutional and ad hoc rules of the ICC, DIAC, LCIA, ADCCAC, SIAC, UNCITRAL, and LMAA.

In 2012, Fareya settled a class action representing 80 claim ants against a major UAE developed, and over 20 other high profile settlement in pre-litigation negotiations. She had won 50+ arbitrations by 2013 which cemented her status in the legal community as a “formidable” “bold and dynamic” and the “most ruthless in the legal community” In 2012, Fareya became the youngest lawyer to be on Forbes "30 Under 30" list.
